About the Board
As of October 2011, the four Primary Care Trust / Care Trust Plus boards across the Humber region work under a joint board arrangement known as the NHS Humber Cluster Joint Board.

Board Membership
Board membership includes a Chairman, Chief Executive and a mix of Executive and Non Executive Directors. Executive Directors are full time officers working within the local NHS. Non Executive Directors are lay people, appointed by the independent Appointments Commission and approved by the Secretary of State for Health. They bring a diverse range of skill and experience to the Committee and ensure that the best interests of local residents are reflected in the work of the Humber Cluster.
